All items will be shipped out on the same day pending time of purchase or the next working day.
Standard shipping is $10 and express post is $15.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150
Tracking is included for all orders.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within the 30 days of purchase to organise a store credit, refund or exchange.
Item must be in store condition and in the same packaging that you received it.
Please understand that any opened or used items may not be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.
Due to hygiene reasons please note that all disposable products and lash trays will also be non refundable.
Returns will not be offered for a change of mind.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Photos must be provided on delivery of damaged goods and sent via email to email@example.com
Once we’ve received your returned item and inspected it we will email you to let you know if you are approved for a store credit, refund or exchange.
Refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
